"You love that dog/horse more than you love me."

Yes, that's probably true except for a handful of humans in the world. I won't apologize for it.

The only time an animal has ever truly hurt me is by crossing the Rainbow Bridge. 

My life has been blessed by so many incredible animals - some by choosing me as their Guardian and some by simply sharing time and space with me.

Through it all, without exception, animals have gifted me so more much than I have ever given them.

I was in my 30s when I realized that others do not have the connection to animals that I do. I thought that was normal - it's not! That realization spurred my Reiki and Animal Communication education and practice.

 With over 20 years' experience working with humans and their animals, my most humbling and profound experiences have come from assisting with end of life transitions.

Milestones: Animal Communication Master, Animal Communication Teacher, Reiki Master, Animal Reiki Master, Animal Reiki Teacher, Law of Attraction Master, Equine Assisted Growth Facilitator, Natural Horsemanship (Level III Graduate), Certified Hospice and Palliative Care Advocate (Animal), and, Author: Harness Your Inner Donkey.

As for the rest, I'm a human Mom, dog and horse Mom, a Litigation Paralegal in the process of retiring, a public speaker, a voracious reader, and, a live concert/music fanatic (particularly if it's Eric Church, Midland,  Randall King or Cody Johnson).

I have two regrets in life.

One is that I chose, many years ago, not to be there at end of life euthanasia for two of my dogs and one of my horses. I let others talk me out of it because they thought it would be "easier" for me.

I will never resolve those choices in my head or my heart. The animals have forgiven me, but I don't believe I will ever forgive myself.

My passion for supporting families and their animals during end of life will always be dedicated to Snoop, AJ and Lucky Bucky.
